NABERGO as the data controller processes the personal data of the user of the Website for the following purposes:

Purpose and legal Basis for Data Processing as per Article 6 DSGVO
Compliance with our duties from our property management agreement, execution of necessary maintenance work for rental and private properties (for example Houses, Apartments, Gardens, Garages etc) as well as for technical facilities ( for example Elevators, heating systems, water- and waste water systems, electrical systems and safety equipment).
